The Production Manager is responsible for running the daily production in the plant and manage the different work shifts. The role includes managing the equipment breakdowns and arrangement, ensuring that the production schedules are met efficiently and effectively, according to the quality standards required by the Customers.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Achieve the monthly production schedule for all the work shifts, respecting all KPIs (productivity, quality, safety, cleaning);
Organize the daily duties for the workers through the Team Leaders;
Oversee Health & Safety, ensuring a safe and accident-free environment;
Manage the department efficiently and effectively, in co-operation with the Operations Manager
Ensure the quality standards and the best technical practices;
Ensure the production of 100% quality Cashmere, ensuring on time deliveries;
Propose continuous improvements on internal organization of the departments and production processes.

Knowledge of English - level B2
Knowledge of another language is nice to have

Experience in the cashmere industry, knowledge of the main machinery and technology
It will be an advantage if you have previously worked as a production manager
