Background: The Authentico platform was initially set up for growers to sign up for the Authentico Integrity Scheme on their own. This entails that growers set up their own user account and are able to log back in at any time to update their farm information and contact details as and when needed.

However, we understand that brokers like yourself might be offering your growers the service to sign them up for Authentico instead.

This means that you will be signing up for an Authentico user account and add each of your Grower’s farm details under your account. Your growers will therefore not have their own login details as you will be managing the information on their behalf.

Please follow the steps to (1) create your own user account and (2) add your grower’s farm details.

1. Open the Authentico registration website: https://authentico.gschneider.com/
2. If you do not have a login yet, then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on ‘Sign up’. If you do have an account set up, then move on with step 5.
3. Fill in your email address, choose a password and click that you are not a robot and hit the sign-up button.
4. Check your email account and search for an email coming from the sender ‘Authentico’. Make sure you also check your spam folder. Within the email click on the link to confirm your email address. This will take you back to the Authentico page.
   (If you did not receive an email at all, it may be that your email address is already associated with an Authentico account. Try to retrieve your password, by clicking ‘Forgot Password’ on the Authentico login page.)
5. Login with your email and password you just chose in step 3.
6. Fill in your contact details and chose the role of ‘Broker’. This step completes your account registration to the Authentico online platform.
7. Next, click on ‘add farm’ or click at the top of the page on the menu item ‘Farms’
8. Fill in all farm details of your grower.
9. Each time you wish to register another one of your growers, you just log in to your user account and add the grower as another farm.
10. If your grower owns/manages several farms, you will add each farm individually as well.
11. For each farm you can also add images and make a forecast on the farm’s production.
12. You can always log in and make changes to your details as well as to the details of the farm as and when needed. Please make sure all information provided is up to date.
